are looking for talented, ambitious, and motivated B2B sales representatives and business

Job Profile:
Position: B2B Sales Representatives and Business Introducers
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a strategic role in expanding our client
portfolio. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer service teams to
offer tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Business Development
o Identify and qualify new prospects in target markets, primarily companies with
specific secure hosting needs.
o Use the provided tools and prospecting techniques to initiate contact with
prospects, generate new opportunities, and expand our client base.
o Participate in events and trade shows to enhance KoDDoS’s visibility and
expand our network of potential clients and partners. - Personalized Client Follow-Up
o Build lasting, trusting relationships with clients by supporting their evolving
needs.
o Analyze each client’s specific challenges and propose KoDDoS solutions
tailored to meet their requirements.
o Conduct rigorous after-sales follow-ups to ensure long-term customer
satisfaction and loyalty. - Achieving Objectives and Performance
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set realistic, measurable
goals aligned with KoDDoS’s growth and communication strategies.
o Track and analyze your performance using specific KPIs (conversion rate,
revenue generated, customer satisfaction) and adjust your strategy based on the
results.
o Regularly share results and insights with the team to contribute to continuous
sales process improvements. - After-Sales Service and Client Retention
o Ensure proactive, personalized follow-up with each client to answer questions
and resolve any post-sale issues.
o Maintain open communication to identify opportunities for additional sales or
subscription renewals, fostering long-term client relationships.
o Gather client feedback to share with product and R&D teams, contributing to
continuous improvement of our solutions.
Ideal Profile:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
– Solid B2B sales experience; knowledge of the web hosting or cybersecurity industry is
a strong asset.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling quick trust-building with
prospects and clients.
– Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, with the ability to tailor your approach
based on various stakeholders.
– An autonomous, results-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a
rapidly expanding company.
– Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in French, Dutch, Japanese or Swedish
is highly advantageous due to our regional locations.
